A human-validated wearable platform for continuous molecular monitoring in hospitals, raising a Series B to reach an initial regulatory submission and the first hospital launch. EGI acts as structuring and arranging agent on the raise. Valuation and terms follow an introductory discussion and NDA.

An operating business selling seaweed-based agricultural inputs, with carbon and biodiversity credits shown as upside rather than the core case. EGI holds the capital-raising mandate and is preparing the investor materials and the first-milestone budget.

Hybrid capital placement, mandate signed
A pre-development placement of equity and debt for an AI and high-performance-computing campus. EGI prepared the lender package and coordinates the sponsor, the referring broker and the capital provider.

Bridge requirement under review
A bridge ahead of a larger facility, with a Japan investment thesis behind it. EGI was engaged to prepare the transaction documents and to set the commercial terms out clearly enough for the client to test them with capital providers.
